At Springtails Culture, we are committed to carefully preparing and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations within the United States and select international destinations where permitted.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package requirements.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
To assist with claims, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and contents
- Delivery confirmation details
We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we may issue a partial refund excluding shipping costs.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or regulations required by their country.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities.
